All our consultations are private with exclusive access to our comfortable fitting studio, therefore we are by appointment only. Please click on our “book a fitting” link which will lead you to our booking diary. On occasion we will run drop in sessions when you are welcome to walk in without appointment (usually posted on social media) to view our stock but depending on the number of customers in store we may not be able to offer a full fitting at that time but can assist.

I charge for my service as I provide a full consultation. I am happy to spend considerable time with you on a one-to-one basis providing not only a fitting but a styling service. I wont just whip a tape measure around you and tell you a size. In fact, the difference between a fitting and a measuring service is that I may actually fit you in more than one size depending on the brand and style of the bra. Also, the fee automatically converts into store credit so if you make a purchase either at the time of your consultation or via our mysmartypants.co.uk website, then my service is free.

The confirmation email is sent via automated system within 5 mins of payment for your consultation. If you have not received this then please check your spam/junk mail folder in case it’s slipped in there. Also please double check at point of booking that you have entered the correct email address. If you think you have made a mistake, please call or drop us a line so we can amend your details so no further problems occur.

Your private fitting will take place is our carefully designed and comfortable fitting studio. Here we hold our best selection of bras, knickers, loungewear, hosiery and swimwear in an array of sizes and colours. It is not possible to transport all our stock to your home so this really is the best way for us to offer our service. We can talk you through various brands, styles and give advice on how a bra should fit.

Yes no problem, if that best suits you or makes you more comfortable. We have a comfy chair ready and waiting… If more than one person would like a fitting you will need to book 2 fittings that run back to back.

Yes of course, We have an area in which your buggy can stay and as your consultation is private you can feel comfortable breastfeeding should you wish to do so. Also if you want to bring someone to sit with your baby that is also fine. 

I currently stock bras in A-H cups 28-44 backs although my range is expanding as I take on new brands. If I am unable to fit you for any reason due to not having access to your size, I will point you in the right direction. I’m familiar with a number of brands which I do not stock and can give good advice on those if necessary. I will also refund the consultation fee.

My bras tend to start at £26 and can go up to £120 although my average bra is around £50. The bras can vary in price due to the brand or how technical they are (for example a simple bralette is cheaper than a complex sports bra or detailed balconette). I often have a sale rail so its is possible to pick up bras at a significant discount if they are end of season. I also stock a selection of knickers which vary from £13-£45.

No there is no pressure to buy on the day, in fact you may find a bra you like but would prefer it in a different colour that I do not hold but can order in. I will never force you into a size that its not right in order to make a sale. However, the fee is non refundable and is converted into store credit to use as an when you are ready either in store or via our mysmartypants.co.uk website. I will only refund this in exceptional cases.

Yes, if you find the right bra during your fitting and it is available in your size and preferred colour, then of course I’d be delighted for you to take away your purchase there and then. Please note that as we are a fitting studio and not a large warehouse, I do not hold every bra in every size that is made, but I do hold an extremely large selection in a wide range of sizes. Should we need to order an item in for you, we normally get stock in pretty quickly and can either arrange with you to collect or we can mail to you. 

Yes, we hold a limited swimwear collection. This tends to be seasonal so can vary throughout the year but can also show you stock we can obtain in for you.

Yes, we also sell, nightwear, loungewear, shapewear, hosiery, period pants and lingerie accessories.

We prefer to take payment by card, contactless or PayPal . Although we can take payment in cash we do not hold cash or change.

I can fit teens but the brands I stock do not carry a wide range of small back or cup sizes. However if your teen is a 30 back and above with cups larger than a C (larger cup sizes are more common than you think) then I do have a number of bras that may be suitable.

I do stock a small amount of specific maternity bras and knickers, however a number of my non-maternity bras can also be worn depending on how far post partum you are.

Whilst I have been trained in this area, I do not currently stock mastectomy specific bras. I do supply a number of items to customers who have received various breast surgeries and can advise on a few products that are ideal immediately after surgery.

Yes, we have our own private toilet facilities on site.
